Terms and Conditions – Bet Builder (Betwin360)

1. Definition

Betwin360's Bet Builder feature allows the player to combine different selections from the same sporting event into a single bet slip.

2. General conditions

• A Bet Builder bet can only contain selections from the same event.
• If a selection within a Bet Builder is voided (void/push), the entire Bet Builder bet will be considered voided, regardless of the outcome of the other selections.
• Bet Builder odds are calculated by combining probabilities of selected markets in the same match.
• Bet Builder is only available on selected markets and sports offered at Betwin360.

3. Cash Out

• Bet Builder bets may be eligible for Cash Out, although Betwin360 does not guarantee that it will be available in all markets or at all times.

4. Rules of annulment

• If a player selected in a Bet Builder market does not participate in the match, that selection is considered void and therefore the entire Bet Builder voucher is voided.
• In the event of suspension or postponement of the event, Betwin360's general rules on postponed or cancelled events will apply.

5. Limitations

• The maximum number of selections allowed on a Bet Builder coupon is thirteen (13).
• Bet Builder cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly stated in the terms of the corresponding offer.
• Betwin360 reserves the right to refuse, modify or cancel any Bet Builder bet in case of obvious error in the odds or markets.
• Betwin360 may limit, suspend or remove the Bet Builder feature at any time for technical, regulatory or integrity reasons.

Practical example – Basketball

Event: NBA Game – Los Angeles Lakers vs Toronto Raptors

Bet Builder Coupon:

1. Lakers win the game
2. Over 220.5 total points in the game
3. Player X scores more than 29.5 points

If Player X does not participate in the match, the selection regarding their points is voided. As this selection is part of a Bet Builder, the entire Bet Builder slip is voided, even if the other selections were correct.

Practical example – Football

Event: La Liga Match – Real Madrid vs Barcelona

Bet Builder Coupon:

1. Real Madrid wins the match
2. Over 2.5 goals in the match
3. Vinícius Jr. calls anytime

If Vinícius Jr. does not participate in the match, the selection on his goal is voided. As it is part of a Bet Builder, the entire Bet Builder bet is voided, regardless of the outcome of the other selections.
